User-licenses versus partner licenses:
It is a point of principle that users with a user-license use the full functional scope of SmartFile and that their rights can be restricted solely by the administrator. Partner licenses are usually issued to external partners, suppliers and customers. They can upload and download files but they have no other functions at their disposal. In contrast to customary license concepts, your partners with regard to SmartFile are not limited to only one data-space but rather can participate in any number of data-spaces.
Archive storage unit:
The archive storage unit differs from the normal storage unit solely in terms of the storage speed and the availability. These are reduced in the archive storage unit, by a minimal amount, and the guaranteed availability is reduced from 99.9% SLA to 99%. This corresponds to a maximum down-time of 8 hours per month.
SmartFile can be terminated at any time within 30 days after registration, without a reason being stated. After that date, it can be terminated after 12 months have elapsed. You obtain a 3% discount on the entire invoice value in the event that you make advance payment for one year or that you increase the contract´s duration.

You have the option of canceling SmartFile from the day of your registration within 30 days, without giving reasons. The first 30 days are therefore completely risk-free for you!
